Daniel was born and raised in Smyrna, Tennessee where he became a Christ follower at a young age. Upon graduating from Smyrna High School, he attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from which he graduated in 1994. One week later he met his soon to be wife Tara whom he married in 1995.

While serving in the US Army, Daniel also served in ministry as a Youth leader, and then Associate Pastor until 1999. With his commitment to Uncle Sam complete, Daniel resigned his commission and he and Tara followed God's call to plant a church in the Antioch area. After five years, the church plant - New Life Community Church - merged with Mt. View Baptist Church in 2005.

Daniel and Tara have five children - Sydney (11), Rachelle (9), Josiah (6), Elijah (4), and Victoria (1).

Gary is a native of Cookeville, TN. He later moved to Ohio where, at the age of 11 he became a follower of Jesus. By 16 he was leading the worship at Beaver Creek Baptist Church in Dayton. After high school, Gary went on to graduate from the University of Miami at Ohio in 1972. He has effectively served in various Baptist churches for over 40 years. These include South Park Baptist Church, First Baptist Church in New Carlisle OH, and University Baptist Church in Dayton. Gary married his sweetheart Yvonne in 1972 who continues to passionately serve right along side of him.

Gary came to Mt. View in 1999 and oversees our worship ministry, administration, and our senior adults which we call our GOOE2B's (Grandparent or old enough to be).

Gary and Yvonne have three daughters (Angel, Leeann, and Karissa) and four grandchildren (Natalie, Noah, Jaden, and Sophia).

Richard was born in Memphis, TN and moved to Murfreesboro when he was 6 years old. He attended Oakland High School and after graduating, attended MTSU for his undergraduate degree. While in college, Richard gave his life to the Lord and soon after committed his life to full time vocational ministry. He began to work with the teens at Third Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, and it was there that God gave him a passion for seeing teens come to know and love the Lord. God also had plans for Richard to meet his beautiful wife, Lauren, while serving at Third. She began working with the teens and they began a friendship that led to a loving, Godly marriage. Richard and Lauren were just blessed with a beautiful baby boy named Nathan. He was born in February 2011.

Richard attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Master of Arts in Christian Education with an emphasis in youth ministry. Richard was called to be the Student Pastor and Associate Worship Pastor at Mt. View in March of 2011. He looks forward to seeing the teens grow in the Lord and all to live a life of Worship!
